1.    Our Commitment To Privacy – Mystery Shoppers, Inc. (“Game Film”, “we, “our, or “us) is committed to protecting your privacy. Online privacy is constantly evolving and GameFilm® ® plans to take all reasonable efforts to maintain up to date and effective online privacy standards and practices.  By accessing www.gamefilmconsultants.com or www.gamefilm-consultants.com (collectively, the “Sites”, or individually, the “Site”) you are agreeing to the terms and condition of this Privacy Policy.  GameFilm® ® may, from time to time, modify this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technological and other developments. In that event, the changes will appear at this location.

2.    Information GameFilm® ® May Collect: The Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the Site, and does not apply to information you may provide to us offline.     We may collect personal information online, including, but not limited to, names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, as well as other information. We may also collect employment or business information, some of which could constitute personal information.  This information may also be collected by third party service providers with whom GameFilm® ® contracts to host the website or to provide services on the Site.

3.    Children:  GameFilm® ® does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13. In addition, no part of the Site is designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13.

4.    Game Film’s Use of Personal Information Collected Online: GameFilm® ® uses this information to provide you with the services you have requested.  GameFilm® ® may also use any personal information you send for marketing and promotional purposes and we may combine information we receive online with outside records to enhance our ability to market or promote products or provide services we believe may be of interest to you or your employer or to fulfill your requests for products or services.
